It's worth noting that most Midi loft beds with desks require the standard UK single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with wooden slatted bases. The cost of the bed doesn't include the mattress. We suggest looking through our mattress deals to find one that will fit your budget.

Mattress
Most midi beds are fitted with standard UK single mattresses and the top bunk has a safety rail to give you peace of mind. Some models have the option of a pull-out trundle drawer which can be used for sleeping overs, or for adding more storage space under the bed. These can be either open or fitted with a door (please refer to the product's specifications for more information).
Many midi cabins include desks that can be moved from one level to another, or chests. This gives children a bespoke space to store all their belongings, meaning there's no need to use the floor space by putting up bulky wardrobes or shelving units.
Some models have gone a step further with cabinets that are flush mounted or even a part of the headboard or footboard. This is ideal to store toys and books.
